The Aircraft/Component screen
is the heart of the component tracking system. This screen allows
you to setup and link serialized parts and components to each
other and aircraft.
Here you can
visually see the components attached to the airframe and all
the sub-component assemblies and sub-subcomponents. From here
you can see and enter flight times, move components to/from other
aircraft (quarantine, spares, salvage, etc.), and view the details
of any component.
You can also
maintain work orders and service bulletins with just a click
of the mouse.
As you click
on an option (such as ‘Move’), you can ‘Drill-Down’ to
see all of the detail of that option for that part.
