Visual SupplyPro™
This version is designed to maintain a perpetual inventory count by using a scanner to capture/track manufacturer’s barcodes when inventory items are used or when they are being re-stocked.
 
The software will alert users when an item's reorder point is reached and create a purchase order record for a preferred vendor. It allows users to control inventory items that are assigned by Lot Numbers and/or Expiration dates. Extensive management reports give users the ability to filter and export the data by many criteria.
SupplyPro Patient/Rx™
This version upgrade is designed for Primary Care Medical Practices and Rx Dispensaries with the same inventory tracking capabilities of Visual SupplyPro and adds the capability to maintain a Patient Database.
 
In addition, it will allow a physician/user to track the dispensing of Rx items from his inventory, produce Patient barcode labels, Rx barcode labels, and Patient case cost reports.
SupplyPro Surgical™
This version upgrade is designed for Surgical Center Operations and incorporates the Patient Database capability from the SupplyPro Patient version.
 
In addition, it allows users to track Patient case cost usage associated with Doctor Groups, Surgeons, and Procedures. Reporting capabilities are extended to include summary or detail listings of inventory activity associated with any (or all) Patients, Doctor Groups, Surgeons, or Procedures, including item cost comparisons year over year.
SupplyPro Lite™
This is a very simple Item and Order Management application. Users can define any or all items they have in inventory and want to re-order from any vendor. Users can quickly create purchase order records for any defined item to any vendor.
 
Maintaining a single database of vendors and items allows users to place orders at their convenience by any method that each vendor will accept (mail, Fax, telephone, email, or web site) and to manage the order receipt status (full delivery or back ordered) at all times.
